I pulled up in front of the lot and was immediately greeted and welcomed by a friendly sales person. The car I came to look at was a phenomenal Ford focus and was exactly as it appeared online. Tyler handled the sale and it was a very easy price. These people sell good quality cars at reasonable prices. I highly encourage you to come see Tyler and the folks here. I am thoroughly impressed.

All I want to say is thank you lzzy and Tanner for purchase me a vehicle and i love my white jeep SUV. Two weeks ago I was interested buying 2014 jeep patriot that have 30,000 mileage but I been told it was sold. Im glad I travel to columbus ohio to buy a vehicle from this car dealership. lzzy and Tanner are both professionals, and helpful. lzzy is kind of bring me a soda and potato chips to snack on because I had a 9 long hours ride to get here from Washington DC on the greyhound bus now i can drive my vehicle back to Maryland. Thank you very much lzzy for all your help that you did for me to search the right vehicle and car insurance. Also I want to say thank you Tanner for going all the details with me about the paperwork and payments. I'll give you guys 5 stars of review and i will come back in the future whenever i want to get another vehicle from them. If anyone looking for a vehicle this is the right place for you trust me.

As any nervous person is purchasing a car is not an easy decision. I walked in on Saturday after speaking with Izzy who is absolutely amazing btw!! And the car I was hoping for was sold the night before, second car I had my eye on was sold in an hour of me showing up. I was discourage but Izzy lifted up my spirits and Taner - the finance wizard did his magic and showed me my options. I was totally excepting this worst option because truth be told, I recently have a discharged bankruptcy and working to rebuild my credit. Izzy walked me out and this red beautiful Camry called my name. I am now a proud owner of a sexy 2019 Toyota Camry! Izzy and Taner are legit, I’ve never felt so heard and accepted by Columbus Auto! Thank you for believing in me and helping me to take this amazing step forward!

I had a good experience here buying my Prius, back in April, dealing with Chip and Tanner. I had been to numerous shops, done many test drives by this time, and was getting annoyed dealing with the various sales people, either too distrustful, or way too forceful, and all the dodgy vehicles that seemed to be hiding nasty surprises. I was actually on my way back from the used lot of a nearby Toyota dealership, which used very high pressure tactics on me (even though I appreciated their offer to test a car overnight, which I declined, I disliked their tactic, and just wanted out and to go home), and I stopped here on a whim, unplanned. Man, what a good choice. They were much more chill. I told them my budget, the fact I wanted Toyota or Honda, originally looking at minivans and crossovers, but tried this on their suggestion. They weren't pushy, but encouraged me to give it a test for the day. I really liked it. I came back after a few hours, made an offer for an out-the-door paid-in-full price (I didn't want to finance, just wanted it free and clear), they accepted, made everything as painless as possible, and they even let me write a check, without any hassle, and I was soon off in my Prius.

Today was a amazing day. Just got a car that has everything we were looking for and more. Tyler greeted us as soon as we walked in the doors. Extremely welcoming. He didn't hesitate to show us the options in our price range. And made the application process so easy. And we were then dealing with tanner for our signing process and he was amazing as well. Made it a breeze to finalize, and you can tell that he cares about the people. He was just as happy as we were that we were approved. Tyler and tanner are absolutely amazing to work with. I would recommend them to anyone i know. So in love with our new car! THANKS GUYS!!!

Tanner and Matt were great I told them what I was looking for in a vehicle to suit my needs and they showed me multiple vehicles to choose from which was the only difficult part of the car shopping experience I ended up with the perfect car at a great price well within my price range. No sales pressure at all very pleasant friendly and professional.easy to see why they have been in business for so many years I highly recommend.

Called about an accord v6 manual, was in nc on a load(I'm a trucker) told them I will be there the next day at 3pm. Got there at 1pm and they had it ready. Really nice people I did in house financing cause my credit is crap. I had a budget up to $3k down they did it for $2200 down. I was out of there by 3pm with my new car. Would highly recommend them. Very friendly and nice people. Chip was my sales guy. Will probably get my kids car here
